Pro-Tips from ShopBendHomes.com…
The "River Listener" Experience: If you don't have tickets to Goose, many locals grab their paddleboards and float the Deschutes behind the amphitheater. It’s the best "free seat" in the house, though you'll want to get on the water early for the Saturday night show!
Old Mill Real Estate: Mentioning the concerts is a great way to highlight the Old Mill District and Southern Crossing neighborhoods. These areas are highly coveted for their "walk-to-the-show" convenience.

XTERRA Portland (Nearby)
When: July 31 – August 1, 2026
The Lowdown: For those who want a triathlon but hate the pavement, the XTERRA series combines open-water swimming with technical mountain biking and trail running. While based slightly north, many Bend locals use this as their primary off-road tri target.
Bend Dirt Fest

The Lowdown: A unique "multisport" addition. It’s part MTB race, part gravel race, and part half-marathon trail run. You can even form a relay team to tackle all three disciplines.
